[clue] videos won't play

I downloaded Eclipse for Ubuntu. I tried to use the tutorial videos, but
they won't play.

   I hit download, then I downloaded the videos. I extracted them with
Archive Manager, then when I hit play, they started to play, but the quality
was so bad. Anybody have any other ideas on learning to program for a
beginner. Nothing too technical or fancy. I'm a complete beginner. I can
still go back to the Python the Hard way e-book.
