Maybe.  But it generates HTML files, right?  So then what happens to put them on sourceforge?

Sure, you just upload them to the right directory.  But sourceforge projects seem to have a 
consistent banner across the top and nav links on the left.  Does doxygen have to include all that 
or is there some other way to integrate what it produces?

(I don't think it was doxygen because the pages have nothing to do with source code.  But maybe.)
