I've been using kMyMoney for years, and love it. It's become very
mature, is fairly easy to use (equivalent to Quicken). If you have the
patience, you can even set it up to do direct OFX connections with
your bank/credit union. It also has the option to automatically
encrypt your file using gnupg.
