[clue] Colorado Income Tax website uses SILVERLIGHT

the contact link only lands you on a frequently asked questions page. 
 From there you need to view oine of the answers then click on a link 
tab "Send Us an Email"
Somewhat confusing as an email link.
I suspect they are trying to avoid email complaints.
Besides regulations are for sissies! ;)
