[clue] Webserver's purpose

The purpose of the CLUE website is to provide support for the purpose of CLUE.
The purpose of CLUE is to promote Open Source for for software , hardware , and IP.
Linux is a big part of the Open Source universe.
To that end , the website provides information about CLUE, about events and provides
the ability to exchange information.  The planned website improvement will offer
books, forums , and more.  The more "stuff" that people share with CLUE membership,
the more the club will benefit.
