[clue] Webserver's purpose

If we want to secure people's names and email addresses, we need to do a
better job than what we have now. You can get everyone's info with some
screen scraping off of the mailman archives. I just looked from a clean
cookie-less browser without authenticating.
And shawn at redmop.com doesn't even begin to cover it.
