After a gentle correction from Gus, I believe I read his email wrong. 
He wasn't saying we are going to create additional email lists.  Just 
that he thinks they might be good.  We had this problem right after we 
went to one mailing list where a couple people complained loud enough to 
try to override the majority. (I have a very, very, very large problem 
with this.)  I was gunshy this was going to happen again.  I jumped the 
gun.
