But this video considers the issue of privacy in relation to the First Amendment. A few weeks ago Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsburg told the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt not to consider the U.S. Constitution as a model of law for their own society, as our constitution was old, antiquated, outdated. She is not the only justice on the Supreme Court that thinks that way, and the American legal community at large may agree with her. The majority of Americans no longer understand the First Amendment as it was originally written -- it has been changed.

Fighting to maintain privacy based on a First Amendment argument is going to be very difficult, as the new generation really has no idea what the First Amendment is about. However, that is what the fight really is.... is our constitution outdated, and therefore, the legal community and Supreme Court justices have the right to change it according to a private and professional philosophy? The issue really is not internet laws, even though they will be manipulated to advance the new social agenda -- which is something the founding fathers would abhor... oh, but there is also a new vision of just what they were as people anyway. But they would be absolutely amazed to find out, that the new generation believes they were supporters of the French Revolution. Hmm... Why did they really build those frigates used in the undeclared war on France?
