[clue] FOSS: Graphics Arts and Designs.

red-eye, a hard situation to deal with.
seems like a person has to look at each image to confirm the red-eye is there.
GIMP seems very labor intensive from what I have seen.
I am trying to master imagemagick so I don't have to deal with GIMP.
