Actually I am not quite sure this is about an attack vector.  I am guessing
here, but I suspect the need is to have an HTML document loaded by the
Shockwave plugin and how to dynamically inject that based on some PHP code
possibly with some MySQL references.

It sounds like an interesting project, but that wasn't the feel I got from
the original email.
