Thanks, but I should have been more clear. I know about those two and 
they both come in handy for their appropriate uses.

Alt-Tilde provides different behavior - it cycles between *windows* of 
the same app. Same as alt-tab, but confined to the windows within the 
current app (not tabs within same app).
