[clue] 32 bit app, 64 bit OS

If your application does not need more RAM then 32bits can address
there is no down side to running it in 32 bit on a 64 bit OS other
then needing to make sure you have the 32 bit libraries installed.

The application will actually be a tiny bit faster because of the
shorter memory addresses.
