My guess on a Pi: not very. On the one hand, I've done emulation via ChameleonPi, and was surprised what it could do, though I think I over clocked.

On another pi, I installed OwnCloud and it does the job well enough as far as syncing calendar and reminders across my computers and IOS devices. But the web interface was pretty sluggish.

I came across Amahi, which is a home server package that runs on Fedora and Ubuntu. It has packages for Dokuwiki, Mediawiki, backups, VPN, ownCloud and movies. It uses ReadyDLNA for streaming media and XBMC appears to be able to talk to it. Maybe Raspberry Pi could be used with XBMC to connect them to Amahi for movies and videos.
