[clue] OpenNMS Question

On the off chance anyone else is stuck working in JMX unhappy land (sorry
not a Java fan) and they're using opennms to do the monitoring, has anyone
gotten the XML collector working? I've been reading the wiki's and it's
missing a key component or I'm just missing it completely. I've been
hanging out in IRC and I'm a member of their mailing list and I'm still
missing something to marry my xml files up to a collector.
