[clue] clue Digest, Vol 30, Issue 5

I can make a channel on freenode, this would fall under their, "on-topic
use," policies.

It isn't so much a, "certs," issue for me as it is a, "not knowing what to
put," issue.

It'd be good to get some others in on this too.
