[clue] ownCloud

I honestly have not looked into the policy info. I know you can do multiple
users etc.  The only thing I don't like is it sets the ownership of the
files on the filesystem to the web user (for the web interface obviously).
 Easy to work with/around but just messes when I want to directly look at
the raw files.
