s/bleeding/leading/

The Fedora Project tries to balance getting the latest + greatest out
without having too many sharp edges. A few years ago, I think you
could make a case for "bleeding" but I've used Fedora on my desktop
for several releases lately and it's been pretty friendly.

Currently, Fedora's releases have an lifecycle of ~13 months
post-release. So if you're on a Fedora release for 36 months, you've
been without updates for quite some time...

Note that the project is currently working on "Fedora.next," which has
3 products (cloud, workstation, server) and those may well each have
their own lifecycle when all is said and done. We've also gone off the
release cadence, and the soonest Fedora 21 products will be released
is "no earlier than October 14."
