I managed to update the web site for tomorrow's talk.  I had made the changes a couple of weeks ago 
but then asked Duncan to confirm he'll be there and didn't hear back.

So Duncan, if you're listening, will you be there?

I'm waiting on tomorrow's weather to see whether I have a conflict.  But if not I'll be there.  And 
if I'm there I'll be there early enough for dinner.

Hoong's is fine, did anyone go somewhere else for the Jan meeting?
