[clue] ubuntu precise portmap enablement

I think it's a standalone service in Precise. 

> $ ls /etc/init.d/portmap*
> /etc/init.d/portmap /etc/init.d/portmap-wait

I get that there are two groups of services, or maybe five, if you count *inetd, upstart, systemd, sysv, and the other thing whose name I can't recall at the moment. 

I think chkconfig can query them all, and in any systemd system, there's systemctl for anything registered as a unit, but that doesn't help, because Ubuntu Precise doesn't has chkconfig or systemd.
