</div>oh that is rubbish.. Linux is Linux is Linux.. Ubuntu is just Debian<br>
with some different default package selections and a different base<br>
installation... don't like what you get? apt-get install what you do<br>
want. Every window manager is an apt-get install XYZ away, and changing<br>
your environment from your Displaymanager login window.<br>

If you think there are insurmountable differences with various Linux<br>
distributions, you've got a lot to learn about linux. Case in point, the<br>
number of times I have live-converted a Redhat machine into a Debian<br>
machine... it's all userspace, it's all customizable.<br>
