When I got to <a href="http://www.cluedenver.org">www.cluedenver.org</a> I see the old site and after a few seconds I&#39;m redirected to <a href="http://www-dev.cluedenver.org/">http://www-dev.cluedenver.org/</a>  Is it supposed to work that way?
