I wouldn't go with a 2.x based tablet. If you are budget constrained, I'd wait. Otherwise I'd watch for what comes out in the next 6 weeks or so. For what it's worth I'm on a zoom now, and I dearly love it - but I'm a big fan of the stock android experience. <BR>

The 2.x tablets are going to be quite a bit uglier and less functional. Honeycomb works much better (I also tried a flyer, which is presently 2.x - not a great experience, IMO).<BR>

I think the Viewsonic gTablet can be flashed to 3.x Android but it sounds like many of the others cannot. I don't know if it is a matter of memory or the processor.
