Not necessarily. Qemu has the means to emulate a Sparc processor but I don't think an UltraSparc processor which would be a requirement for Solaris 10. Even at this point I am not sure how complete the Sparc CPU emulation is. <br>
<br>GCC can also cross compile if setup correctly. Cross compiling is a pain in the butt. I'll check my garage but I think I only have 32bit Sparc boxes in there.<br><br>Dan<br>
