When I boot an individual nfsroot client, it boots just fine. When I bring up 15 at once, some have problems at the second DHCP phase where it times out.  The DHCP requests are getting to the server and the server is responding with DHCP offers, but they never seem to make it to the client.  It appears to affect the clients semi-randomly as in sometimes they work instantly, and sometimes not.  Any suggestions on how to fix this or where to go for answers?<br clear="all">
