If I may commiserate, I know the feeling. I know Dish (network) on the south side of town is having trouble getting people, but their recruiting process is a pain in the tailfeathers to get through. (I washed out at my phone screen). The big obstacle as I see it is there's plenty of "senior" level stuff out there but those people usually want 5+ years experience and RHSA, or at least RHCT. Oh well, it is an 8.5% market - but I'll shoot you a message if I see anything good. Provided I can't get to it first
