On the issue of support...True story..<br>

My friend got her Zenithink (name is Zeni-Think, no relation to
Zenith) from E-bay for about 40 lemons, includes shipping and tried
loading up Macpup linux (another lightweight disto) and bricked her
tablet, after about a day of messin with it she decided, what da
heck, emailed Zenithink for help:<br>

Took two days to respond.<br>

Instead of a reply email of yada, yada, void, yabber, yabber
warranty, the email went something like this:<br>

I see you have an older C71, go to this website and get the firmware
up to date and try reloading your linux disto, if that works let me
know, or if the firmware doesn't help and you figured it out, please
let us know so we can update our knowledge database with this disto
of linux....<br>

She was like "Wow!! Toto we aren't in Kansas anymore". So long story
short, firmware didn't work, she figured it out (Yep, there are a
few of us geekoid women around) she let them know.<br>

Yes, it is going to be priced at about 270 coconuts, and when it
is finally released, I will probably get one. I want my money will

Again, the Zenithink is shipped with a unlock boot loader.....How
frickin cool is that!?!?! **And** for only 100 bucks!!! I think is
it worth it.<br>

The downside to the Zenithink there is no bluetooth and no GPS.

already rooted, it is the same design as the
Vivaldi Linux tablet, which is being advertise as
the first open source tablet but still hasn't been

Zenithink, a leather case/stand/usb

Oh, no GPS, eh who cares, I don't.<br>

But the best part about this tablet is
**it comes rooted** so you can install
any lightweight OS you want. <br>

Why would I want to do that, you might
be asking, weeeelllllll, because I
can, I'm a geekoid, and I want the
ability to run any OS I want on my
tablet and for 127 bucks it is worth
it. <br>

Right now I'm running Puppy Linux and
love it. I might try a different
lightweight linux, but right now da
pup is doing everything I want it to
do for me.<br>

type. I also looked at <a

the official US distributor, and I am not
seeing any type of store that I can shop
from. What model do you have? I did a quick
search on amazon, but it does not look like
they have the newest model on there yet.<br>
