I'm playing with a VPS on Acenet and I think VPS can send as many
e-mails as you want, and they're pretty cheap too. According to the
document Frank mentioned below, VPS are not subject to the Acenet sent
mail count restrictions.<br>

it to run the mailing list. Our web site is free<br>
(and also low usage). We could probably find free ways to host it
other places too.<o:p></o:p></p>
