Ditto re: puppet and spacewalk. I love it. I make my own kickstart<br>
scripts, which adds the system to spacewalk, adds the puppet packages,<br>
and then puppet does the rest for me.<br>
<br>
For my VMs, < 20 minutes from the time I type in 'linux text ks=....',<br>
I'll have a fully functioning server - serving data, that is. I did<br>
four web servers like this in the past couple of months.<br>

OpenStack ... for sure have heard of it. ?I'd have to bounce it off the customer & the prime contractor to see if it would fly. ?Kind of doubt it since the contractor is building their PaaS / SaaS solution on Could Foundry (VMware hypervisor), a competing cloud project. ?<br>

Some of the software has been selected, but regarding management of the CentOS VMs, there is still more vetting out to find the right solution.?<br>
