So then the question becomes, is it worth the paperwork to be NFP?  Will we 
get more donations if we are?  What responsibilities does this put on us to 
do with the donations that we do get?  I know all we really get are door 
prizes and a meeting room.

I don't have any really good suggestions.  We should ask out lawyer and 
accountant friends what they see as the good and bad sides to this.
