The URL is a link to a message about bad email address validation.  The 
example used is "@ @"@nmt.edu.  Although domain names have some 
restrictions the author claims that mail addresses are very flexible 
(they even allow nulls?!?)  So our little validation regex is far from 
standards compliant.
