Not too twisted for me.

In practice, what I've found in at least 50% of the shops I've worked in
is that privileged access goes to them who are both capable and trusted.
I've been fortunate to avoid most of the turf war sorts of places.

For my part, I just figured JeffC probably has plenty other things to do,
whereas I have time on my hands.
