Ironically there was a blurp on Slashdot on Sunday regarding similar for
home and business users.

Also for reference, there is a thread of this same letter going on the
Boulder LUG as well for those who want to get even more input on the
subject.

As for my $0.02, tell Michael to watch "OS Revolution" and read "The
Cathedral & The Bazaar", do a book report of both to all of CLUE, then
see if he needs any more insights. ;-)
