[CLUE-Admin] Proposed language for email lists . . . please comment

I have been waiting to see if any good ideas come about. I think that
some policy needs to be written. Not for this time but for the next time
that something like this happens. Yea, this is the first time, as far a
I can remember. So we have time to think about this rationally and take
the appropriate measures.

I am disappointed in Rick. He mentioned something like this at the last
meeting. I told him that I did not want any mailings like that. I was
also very disappointed in that he used the list to create his list. Yea
yea argument goes like this could have happened by anybody gogleing(sp?)
the list. But with all the talk of "neticate" and just little things
like how to even format message in the first place. He should have known
that this would be met harsh criticism.

I haven't taken the time to really look at what was proposed. I look at
them over the next few days and let you know what I think. I am still a
little miffed.
