My apologies, but I must reschedule this meeting.  As of today, I have a 
conflict with this time next week.  Let me suggest the following 
alternatives.  Please indicate your preference:

2/7, 2/14, or 2/21  - same time (1-3 pm); same location (Falling Rock)
