OK, this is all setup now. *Should* work fine.

Changes:
  added http to /etc/logrotate.d
    invokes webalizer after logs are rotated
  created /etc/webalizer.conf
    reads most recently rotated access_log
  commented out webalizer command in /var/spool/cron/root
    (yes, I used 'crontab -e')

I'll check on things in the AM. But if someone who gets up a lot earlier
than I wants to do a quick check that Apache is still running, that might
be something to do. Not that I expect it to fail to restart, just
prudence, ya know.
