Bob Harper has taken over the CLUE SysAdmin position.  Congratulations to Bob!

Jed, please update the News & Notes and the Volunteers pages to reflect Bob's 
new position.

I forwarded The Plan to him and he is going through both systems, first 
patching up the Debian box (as it's about a year since Dave built it).

Please make yourselves available for questions as we (Dave, Jeff, Jed, Lynn) 
worked on the system most frequently.
