CLUE-North Oct. update is up.

I added "membership coordinator" to the contact form. Since the form uses
e-mail, I went ahead and added 'membership: crichey at gmail.com' to the
/etc/aliases file.

Will be testing this as soon as I get it commited.

Which reminds me, did Collins get sudo for maintaining the member e-mail
aliases?
