[clue-admin] Peter Hinkle is Now the Events Coordinator

Just updated the mail alias file and affected website files to reflect
that Peter volunteered to be the Events Coordinator.

If it all worked, Peter got a test message via the contact form. If it
didn't, then Jeff Cann did, or should have.
