[clue-admin] Second call for InstallFest volunteers

Folks:

So far to date, I have not received any responses for people to help out
with the InstallFest at DeVry on 12 Feb (Saturday).  If this goes
unanswered, I will propose that we cancel this InstallFest.  Again, I am
unavailable the weekend of the InstallFest due to prior obligations.

For reference, we have May, August, and November dates at DeVry already
RSVP'ed, just not finalized.
