[clue-admin] LPI Cert-Fest

Admins:

I have been talking with LPI-US and was wondering about the thoughts of
doing an LPI Cert-Fest on the same day as the InstallFest coming up in
May?  This would be for the LPI-101, -102, -201, and/or -202 exams at a
discount (somewhere between $50 to $75 per exam vs. $100 per exam
through Vue or Prometrics).
