[clue-admin] Directions : How to get to CLUE DTC

I got this idea from the LUGOD website they do a great job on directions 
using public transport, so with the venue change it would be great to 
have similar content on our website.

So I spent a couple of lunch breaks walking around, and here ya go.

directions should help newcomers.
