[clue-admin] Running DTC meeting

Folks,

My mom had surgery this week and was expected to be released tomorrow.
 She's recovering quickly and may be released this afternoon, which
makes me unavailable to run the DTC meeting as I'm on duty to stay
with her tonight.

I appreciate if someone would plan on running the DTC meeting in case
I cannot make it.  If I can make it, I will be there.
