independent consultant, and provide contact info, I'd find it hard to

"Commercial purposes" is pretty vague. I'd also have to ask if someone is
looking at CLUE membership not for the purpose of supporting CLUE, but to
get web hosting for $20/year. Haven't we always used the term "personal
web space"?
