[clue-admin] CLUE-North dates firmed

Folks:

I just heard back from Joanne on the dates we have confirmed with DeVry
for  meeting and an InstallFest.  We have 23 January and 27 February
(the fourth Mondays of the month) firmed and 18 February (Saturday) for
an InstallFest from 10AM to 4PM.

I am awaiting which rooms are reserved from Joanne, but I am guessing
341 for the InstallFest as usual.  For the meetings, anyone's guess with
recent issues that Joanne is dealing with DeVry on directly.
