[clue-admin] Mr President

Admins,

Dennis Perkins has decided to accept the reigns for CLUE for the 2007 term.
Since we are without a speaker coordinator, I volunteered to continue in
this role for the next three months; hopefully we will find someone by then.

I also promised a while back the list of presidential duties.  I will send
this asap in the next day.  I will also update the clue president email
address to point to Dennis's email account after I send out the duties email
to clue-admin.
