Hmm.  Two thoughts:

We should do something to thank Jeff for his service.  I don't know 
whether it is better to take him (and family) to dinner, or buy him 
something useful, or get a plaque or something.  So I'm open to 
suggestions.  (Isn't it a shame that I didn't manage to show more 
appreciation before he's stepping down?)

I don't know any potential replacements off hand but we shouldn't delay 
in soliciting people we know.

Would all of you consider coming to installfest on the 29th and we can 
do an ad hoc admin meeting?  My Saturday availability is pretty limited 
but I'll definitely be at installfest every other month.
