Linux ETC for reference has been doing the system administration via myself and one other (as needed).  Linux ETC also pointed out VPSLink back in the day when Jeff Cann was President after a few of the CLUE Admin folks did some R&D'ing on VPS and hosting alternatives.

While I do like the idea of sponsors supporting CLUE, being totally reliable on such is a "catch 22" when things like this come to a head and the bank is empty for paying for items.

PS: I get this list in Digest format so pardon the delays in responding, or the flood of responses once I do get the Digest.
