[clue-admin] RFC: Potential Sponsorship Benefits

I like the idea of thanking the sponsors/donors (especially Oracle) at the beginning of each meeting, with a sentence describing the service that sponsor provides, in case CLUEbies want to prefer vendors that support their local LUG.
