[clue-admin] Email Lists Referendum

That's right.

The intent there is to influence the vote in favor of those that show up at meetings. In fact, it was suggested that people could vote once at each meeting they showed up for, but the people that knew they'd be showing up for all 3 (or 4, depending on whether you count January) steering meetings decided that that would give them an unfair advantage. So, a non-anonymous, present-only, one-vote-per-person system was settled on as the best way to measure the will of the people.
