Annoucements go to CLUE-Announce.

If we need to send reminders to people on the other lists to be sure to
be subscribed to the -Announce list, that might be a good idea.

Discussion about CLUE business come here to the admin list. If we need to
inform people that the admin list is open to anyone who's interested in
that, maybe that's a good idea too.
